HI Louie

You're Xeon looks fab. I've got one too and I love it. ;)
What metal tail gear unit do you use ?
Did you have to change the standard belt ? Did you have to cut/change the boom lenght ?

I am interested in upgrading my tail unit to metal too.

Regards
Hans

Hello Hans,

I have been doing some research on the Xeon conversion and on several forums I have read about people replacing most of the tail rotor parts with TRex 450 parts. Just a suggestion.

Regards,
Joe

Hi Joe
Your photo's are great, respect for that good looking FP
Just recently I discovered the GURU-Z and ordered myself a XEON combo kit.
I was just wondering: which canopy are you using....?
It looks like a rex250??

thanks for your answer
Ferdy

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply...
I think any 450 size heli tail rotor set can fit with the guru-z tail boom as well.
As for me, I'm using Trex 450 clone parts, the tail boom and belt are stock without mod.
It works fine for me.

I love my Xeon FP with Esky King 2 landing skid...

Hi,

That was Walkera canopy for it's big size co-axial heli.
It come with much larger size, I cut almost 1/3 of the canopy to fit with Xeon frame.
